Just another genius move

Starbucks forgot to make my friend’s drink the other day.  We realized this after I was half done with my green tea and her drink still hadn’t come.  Although she was gracious about it not being a problem, the barista personally brought the completed drink to our table a few minutes later, along with a voucher for a free beverage.  This is a relatively low-cost way for Starbucks to show that they value their customers.  It also nips any negativity in the bud and encourages repeat business.  We were pleasantly surprised at the service and left thinking happy thoughts about Starbucks– even more so than when we walked in.
